There are several ways to get to a one click view loan history function for a specific Borrower.

Via the Lend option in Circulation

1. Click the Lend button in the Circulation module.

1. Call up the borrower you would like to check either by Barcode or Surname.
2. Click the Loan History or Returned Loans button (depending on software version) to instantly see the loan history.

OR…

Via the View option in Circulation

1. Click the View button in the Circulation module and select Borrower.

1. Call up the borrower you would like to check either by Barcode or Surname.
2. Click the Borrower History or Returned Loans button (as above) to instantly see the loan history.

The screen below is what you will see regardless of the way you choose to get there and although the displayed list is automatically in Title order, you can re-sort the list simply by clicking on the appropriate column header.
