We provide support to LibCode Suite clients who agree to our Licence Agreement, as support is provided free under this agreement.

- Our support website available at www.libcode.com.au/support contains extra support material. Newsletters, Demonstrations, FAQ’s, Handy Hints, Downloadable Upgrades, Suggestion forms, Problem Report forms and all sorts of other handy goodies are there for the asking. You can even register for reminder emails as well!
LibCode News Updates:
- To register for LibCode News Updates, including Newsletters and software upgrades, go to www.libcode.com.au/libcode-news, click ‘Register for Emails’ and enter all your information, tick the emails you would like to receive and click ‘Subscribe to list’.
Tutorials:
- Voice Tutorials outlining the basic functions of the LibCode suite are available. These tutorials allow the user to view on-screen help with sound in real-time. Each tutorial runs from three to 12 minutes, depending on the topic chosen, and can be paused, rewound, and minimised at any time.

- For those user’s subscribing to the Annual Support Package, telephone support is available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday phone 07 4638 9025.

Onsite / Workshop Support:
- Individual on-site support / training can also be arranged. Please keep us informed of any need for on-site or workshop style support. Elluminate® will be used throughout our training and support platform.
- Workshops tours are regularly undertaken throughout regions that have many LibCode Suite clients, email us if you would like to register an interest.
